  • Work email address that you enter in the contact form.
  • Password, if sign-in to an account is performed through the same form.
  • Technical data: IP address, user-agent, interface language, session data, and form security check data.
  • Service request data: form source, submission time, and number of repeated submissions.

4. Why we process data

  • To receive your request, contact you, and provide a response.
  • To check whether an account already exists for the provided email and suggest sign-in.
  • To protect the website from spam, automated requests, and abuse.
  • To keep request history and monitor service quality.

5. How we process and store data

  • We perform collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, deletion, and other actions necessary for the stated purposes.
  • Processing is performed with and without automation tools.
  • Data is stored no longer than required for the processing purpose, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Access is granted only to employees and contractors who need the data for their tasks and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Consent term: until processing purposes are achieved or until consent is withdrawn.
